In what will definitely be one of the last Zakk Wylde solo shows in Seattle for awhile in either Black Label Society or Zakk Sabbath form, starting in April Zakk is off on the "No More Tours 2" with Ozzy for the rest of 2018.

With the release of Black Label Society's "Grimmest Hits" last month (Jan 19th) Zakk and the band hit the road to support that release (they also have a new album in the can for later release) that includes the songs:
01. Trampled Down Below
02. Seasons Of Falter
03. The Betrayal
04. All That Once Shined
05. The Only Words
06. Room Of Nightmares
07. A Love Unreal
08. Disbelief
09. The Day That Heaven Had Gone Away
10. Illusions Of Peace
11. Bury Your Sorrow
12. Nothing Left To Say
Since 1998, Black Label Society have built a loyal following that has included ten studio albums to date. Always known to have an awesome tongue and cheek comical side to their music video's, "Room of Nightmares" might take the cake ha ha!
The newest video "A Love Unreal" released on this show day
The band and Zakk were all-out awesome this night. Blazing through a 16 song set that included: Genocide Junkies / Funeral Bell / Suffering Overdue / Bleed for Me / Heart of Darkness /
Suicide Messiah / Trampled Down Below / All That Once Shined / Room of Nightmares / Bridge to Cross / In This River / The Blessed Hellride / A Love Unreal / Fire it Up / Concrete Jungle / Stillborn. John DeServio thundering bass, Jeff Fabb monster time-keeping drumming and metal guitar virtuoso Dario Lorina on guitar complement Zakk's over the top guitar prowess like none of his other BLS lineups. This show was more about the music and not Zakk soloing off for minutes at end like with Zakk Sabbath at the Crocodile last June.
If you're catching this tour anytime after this blog check out all of Zakk's Wylde Audio products on stage. The unique looking designed guitars played by Zakk and Dario. Then there's the wall of Wylde amps that ROCK!
Go to now and check out Zakk's vision and audio world. Overall (not because I got to watch the show from side stage and watch drummer Jeff Fabb crush it) but it definitely was my favorite BLS show ever. The Sold-Out Showbox Sodo crowd was rabid and the place erupted when Zakk jumped into the crowd and jammed with the people! Opening the show was the Southern rock/punk/blues sludge of New Orleans EyeHateGod (celebrating 30 years)
and the one and only North Carolina's old punk/metal/rock schoolers Corrosion of Conformity
