Now, I know what you might be thinking. "That pop punk band that used to jump in synch with each other?" Yes, them.

However, the band has not only grown up, stayed true to their sound, but also brought more of their own sound, and more of their influences into their music, and I think it would surprise a lot of Rockaholics, that many of their influences are based in metal.

Take their first single for example "Out for Blood" for example.

Starting off, slapping you in the face, an unapologetic symphony of guitars and drums. This is a song to hit the gym to. Plus do you hear that solo? Dave "Brownsound" is serisouly one of the most talented guitar players in rock right now.

Another one of my favorite tracks is "A Death in the Family"

Still just as hard hitting as Out for Blood, with a sweet bridge to keep you wanting more. Seriously, if you don't get pumped with these songs, I don't know what will get you going.

Actually, yes I do. How about the band doing a medley of "Metallica"?!

What did I tell you? Their influences definitly shine through in this album. It may be my favorite album of the summer. Give it a chance, and let me know what you think.

You can download, stream, buy, or consume all of their new album now. Get it here

See you in the pit!
