After their first successful tour spreading the gospel of indie wrestling to Portland, Spokane and Missoula, Montana, DEFY returns to its hometown of Seattle tomorrow night, Saturday June 9th, for what promises to be an action-packed evening full of twists, turns and of course SWERVES.

While plenty of familiar faces will be seen tomorrow night inside Washington Hall for DEFY Requiem, there will also be a few notable debuts.

Seattle native Kimber Lee was a standout of last years Mae Young Classic on the WWE network under her NXT name Abbey Laith. She will build upon that momentum back here in the 206 as she faces off against one of the fiercest women in the Northwest, Nicole Matthews. Dezmond Xavier’s dynamic high-flying offense has made him a standout in Impact Wrestling as of late, and it will be interesting to see him go one on one with one third of the high profile Ring Of Honor team So Cal Uncensored – Scorpio Sky. We’ve got an Impact Star going head to head with a Ring Of Honor star inside a DEFY ring. Only in Seattle!

The International King Of Swerve himself Shane Strickland will be returning to the venue that made him a star here in the Seattle wrestling scene and he’s up against a man making his DEFY debut, former WWE, Impact and New Japan Pro Wrestling star MVP. This will be one of the record books.

Another promising match will be the “Weirdo Hero” Randy Myers standing toe to toe with the face of fear himself, Brody F’n King
