BJ & Migs L&L BAND OF THE WEEK: Black Nite Crash

October 10, 2018

Stalwarts of the Seattle Indie scene since first appearing back in December 2002, Black Nite Crash has evolved over the years shifting line-ups, changing stripes and shedding many skins, but maintaining largely the same reverb-drenched, fuzz-coated noise pop sound, a mix of atmosphere and energy, focusing on themes that haunt dreams... girls, gods, and altered states. Strong songcraft and dark moods meet, with nods to Sixties Psych, Post-Punk, Shoegaze, and Brit Pop.
With a new album and a new EP coming this winter, BNC have some fresh sounds on the way...
Melody, Noise and the Beat. Yeah.
