BJ & Migs L&L BAND OF THE WEEK: Dead Rebel Saints

September 19, 2018

Dead Rebel Saints is a hard rock band out of Tacoma Washington. The band consists of:
- Lead Singer and Lead Guitar Player, Kevin James Hoffman who is also the lead singer of Outshined (Soundgarden and Temple of the dog tribute)
- Drummer, Jerad Lewis, formerly of Riot In Rhythm and Amanda Hardy Band.
- Bassist, Jeff Naour, formerly of Suffergauge
- Rhythm Guitar Player, Will Dicken, formerly of Shatterdust and The Kevin James Hoffman Band.

The band started in 2016 as just a side project for fun but the chemistry was immediate and undeniable. The band quickly became a serious priority and set about writing what became 25 solid songs before they ever even played a show. Drawing on influences ranging from AC/DC and Guns N' Roses to Alice In Chains, Soundgarden and Candlebox, to Stone Sour and Black Label Society, they refined a sound heavy with raunchy, dual guitars and signature screaming, soprano vocals. After about a year of playing live together, the band chose 15 songs and headed into the studio to record their first full length album Throwing Stones. Having befriended and played along side some of Seattle's best and brightest bands (Windowpane, Ten Miles Wide, Van Eps, Late September Dogs) to name but a few, Dead Rebel Saints is quickly making a name for themselves amidst a talent rich scene.
