Bodyweight Exercise is Great, but Traditional Burpees Suck... Try This Instead!

No equipment? Hardly any time? No problem!

When most people think of “working out”, they usually think it’s gonna take 10+ minutes just to get to the gym… I say screw that! You’d be better of spending 10 minutes doing this #FridayFlow (the first time I’ve done one in jeans!):

It resembles a burpee, but is way better. By combining squats and push-ups, and making both more challenging with these “extras” (hehe), you can get a TON of work done in hardly any time, from the comfort of wherever you are!

5 sets of 5 would be an awesome little workout if you can pull it off. Otherwise just do what you can (check out those original posts on squats and push-ups I linked to if needed!) Try it this weekend and let me know what you think!
