Challenging Push Up Variation Will Light Up Your Core

Today’s #FridayFlow is one I started messing around with the other day. I called them Super Core Push Ups when I just realized I needed to a title for the video. They are exactly what they sound like.

I just added a Tri-Pod and mountain climber plank. Nothing fancy here, but very difficult to do well. If you think they’re easy, you’re probably not generating enough tension and stability through the trunk. For more on that, check out my initial post on push ups.

Try out one, then see if you can do five with :15-:30 rests between each one. Have fun!
