Today’s #NutritionTipTuesday isn’t actually a tip. It’s an awesome, eye-opening experiment to help you with the most important tip I’ve given you: eating slowly. This will help you improve your relationship with food for the better, regardless of where you are now or what your goals are.

Actually, it doesn't matter what your goals are. If you eat, you should try this. Everyone should try this.

Many people who hire me to help them lose 50+ lbs are surprised when I have them run this experiment before we even discuss vegetables or protein. That's how helpful it is:
