Mobility Monday went over the Bird-Dog, one of the best core exercises out there. When you do iOKt right, that is. Good thing you now know how to do ‘em right!

Nutrition Tip Tuesday was about pizza. I love pizza.

Weight Room Wednesday saw the great Jordan Syatt explain how to properly recruit your lats. This is a HUGELY important concept to grasp if you’re gonna get the most out of your back muscles.

Thursday Q&A was about a simple, gym-free cardio approach that a Rockaholic can do in under 30 minutes.

Friday Flow was a great sequence for hip and spine health.This stuff is important and some of the drills for it can look “boring”, so I wanted to include a flashier option to get people hyped up about it!
