Today’s #FridayFlow is called the Kick-Thru because, well, you saw the header picture... It is another sequence that starts in the bear crawl position so make sure you’ve mastered the fundamentals I went over a couple weeks ago, if you haven’t already!

As I’ve said the past two weeks: “This is an awesome exercise for building a ton of upper body and core strength WHILE improving your joint health AND challenging your motor control. That's a lot of cool, helpful stuff!”

Also, I just think flow sequences are fun. I’m excited for next week when we’ll practice piecing together everything from today and the past two weeks. In the meantime, set a timer for 5 minutes and play around with this. Let me know how it goes!
