Loosen Up Your Hips And Back With These Two Simple Moves

The weekend is upon us and it's time for another #FridayFlow. Today's sequence is great after a long day of sitting, to give your hips and back some TLC! It also makes a great quick lower body warm-up in the gym:

If you go through the hashtag to at the beginning of this post, you will see some other movements that also begin from the plank position. You can mix and match these moves with any of those, and of course utilize the walk out to move from the plank to standing if you wanna throw some squats or lunges in there!

As you can tell, there are lots of options for you to play around with. You are in charge. Get creative and have some fun with it! I would recommend you maintain control and move with intent at all times for best results.
