Today’s #FridayFlow introduces the bear crawl. This is an awesome exercise for building a ton of upper body and core strength WHILE improving your joint health AND challenging your motor control. That's a lot of cool, helpful stuff!

Those benefits aside, you can also do a bunch of fun flow movements (like the ones demonstrated in the intro) from the base position that I explain in the video:
