It’s breathing. It’s super important. It will be done automatically for you to live, but in order for you to THRIVE I recommend playing around with some deliberate breathing that will reduce tension and enhance movement patterns. The breathing rabbit hole goes DEEP, and this is the simplest way to get the awesome benefits in the least amount of time:
