This week for Nutrition Tip Tuesday, I shed some light on how to read those confusing nutrition labels on food… Sort of. I guess you could more accurately say, I reallllllllly simplify reading those labels so you can make some quick sense of them, make an informed dietary choice, and get the F on with your day.

If you’re like most people, you don’t even check the labels! That’s okay. I’m not going to make you memorize the fiber content of anything. I just want you to be able to make a more informed decision with a 2-second glance at the top of that Nutrition Facts box.

Simple enough?
