Nutrition Tip Tuesday: Is Fruit Making You Fat?

Welcome to Nutrition Tip Tuesday here at Down with the Fitness.

We’ll start this series by discussing a “controversial” topic in today’s nutrition world: FRUIT!

Apparently people are under the impression that eating fruit is problematic. Here are my thoughts, as well as some real-world examples of the kind of results my fruit-eating nutrition clients are having:
