The ONE Thing All Fitness and Nutrition Crazes Have In Common...

Today’s #ThursdayThought was moments away from being a shower thought, but it actually hit me when I was walking around my apartment naked right after. I recorded the video a few minutes later on my walk to the gym:

(Then I had to come to work and bleep it.)

The other noteworthy thing MOST fitness and nutrition crazes (at least the somewhat-reasonable ones) have in common, is that they work best when done consistently. Vocab videos aside, that consistency is THE most important similarity between all their success stories.

Find what works for you, then stick with it. It really is that simple. Place a premium on the obvious stuff like regular exercise of some sort, fruits, veggies, protein, and plenty of H2O! You can ride the fundamentals further than you think.
