Simple 3-Move Leg Workout That Had Me Sweating In 5 Minutes

Today for your Friday Flow, you can try this awesome 3 move combo that will recruit all the major muscles of your legs! Set a timer for 5 minutes (or put on Drag the Waters, like I did) and you’ll be feeling the burn in no time! If you're REALLY feeling the burn before the timer goes off, feel free to self administer a rest break or two :)

As usual, the most important thing with form is maintaining control, which usually means going slow. This will be challenged by the balance demands of moving through the positions. That’s a good thing. Your controllable range of motion may be different than mine in the video. I recorded this as more of an explanation than a demonstration.
