This week for Nutrition Tip Tuesday, I talk about how I eat pizza. And cupcakes. And regular cake. And donuts. And burgers. And candy. And chips. You get the idea. The point is, you don't need to deprive yourself of all these things to live a healthy life and drop pounds. The key is, how you prepare and/or respond in situations where you eat these things. This strategy works well during the holiday season, the resolution season, and beyond. Hope it helps!
