Thursday Q&A: The Difference Between Squats and Deadlifts

Plus some thoughts on how to do them well without injury.

Today’s #ThursdayQandA is about two of the best exercises ever: squats and deadlifts. I heard Steve Migs and Thee Ted Smith talking about them on last week’s MegaCast, so I wanted to help clarify in case you’re confused about the difference between them.
