Here at Down with the Fitness I focus on nutrition and exercise, but really the message of this vlog could apply to lot of areas. I know because I apply this simple concept to many areas of my life I'm trying to improve.

When it comes to making progress towards ANY goal, something is ALWAYS better than nothing!

It's usually better than "everything" too... Just ask everyone who was at the gym that first week of January and are nowhere to be found by the first week of March!
