Today’s #MobilityMonday drill is perfect for keeping your feet happy and healthy. The foot has 28 bones, 30 joints, and over a hundred muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Needless to say, it’s an important part of your body to take care of.

With how complex the region is, I  wanted to make sure you were addressing the various demands placed on it (as well as the various issues that can occur) in the simplest, most effective way. I believe this drill does that:
