Marilyn Manson Talks "Excruciating" Pain Following Onstage Injury

Shortly after his North American tour began, Marilyn Manson was forced to cancel several shows. That’s because during his set at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom on September 30, a stage prop collapsed on top of the rocker. 

Despite stories claiming Manson climbed the structure, Manson told Yahoo that he simply grabbed the metal bars before they fell, resulting in his broken fibula and leaving the singer in “excruciating pain.” More on that in the video below:

Manson is back on the road come November—starting with Ozzfest Meets Knotfest—in support of his new LP, Heaven Upside Down, through mid-February.
