Hola 12s!

......Well.......that happened. Listen, I'm not going to sugarcoat it, that was not a very good opening performance by our boys. There is certainly room to improve in certain places, but that was just bad overall.

I know a lot of us are tossing out the easy excuse of "The refs called a bad game." And while that may be true, the Seahawks didn't play their best game. The biggest indicator, was the fact that the offense couldn't put the ball in the endzone. Bad calls were certainly a factor, and the outcome of the game could've been changed if that crap call on Lane hadn't been made, but the defense were the only ones to cross the plain all day.

Now, on the brighter side, the Packers are one hell of an opponent. Especially in Lambo. If you look at the stats, Seattle hasn't walked away with a win in Green Bay since 1999. They have always been a challenge for the Seahawks and it's always been a hard nosed game, and they have just as much of an issue besting us in Century Link. So, it was a rough opening week, but it can easily be recovered from.

The benefit of playing one of the most challenging games in the season early, is that now it's behind them. They start out 0-1, but 16 weeks from now, an early loss may mean nothing at all. It's a long season folks, our boys are great when they're down. Hang in there, we've got the home opener this week against the Niners and they'll need your support! Dust off that jersey and lets GET BACK TO IT! With that.....Mike Hawk is OUT!
