Hola 12s!

It's time for week 2! and the home opener for your Seattle Seahawks! I know some of you are still licking your wounds after last week, but put it away. It was a hard loss, nobody wants to start the season with a big ol black mark, but we got out of there relatively well. No big injuries like we had last season, it wasn't devastating, it was a loss, we can afford it for now.

Now! The boys get to test their muscle against the old rivals the San Francisco 49ers. I must say, I'm a looooot more excited for this game. I have all the confidence in the world that the boys are going to pull the win on this one. Like I said, all our boys are healthy, other than Sherman missed a few practices with a hamstring issue, we're going to see the return of the freight train on Sunday.

Some people to look for during the game,

Chris Carson. The man did great during the preseason and even beat out Eddie Lacy last week against the Packers. I'm excited to see the man break out and be a massive weapon on the Seahawks run game

Thomas Rawls. Carol has assured us that Rawls is "raring to go" this week, but we've heard that kind of talk before. This could be the return of Rawls, and if that's the case, the NFL has a big contender on their hands this season. But my honest opinion of Rawls is not a very good one. Don't get me wrong, I loved the man when he stepped up while Lynch rode the bench, and he was an impressive running back that filled a large gap. But since his ankle injury, he's never fully bounced back. I could be very very wrong and he could have the best season of his life, and I truly hope that's the case. But I'm skeptical right now.

I'd also look toward Jimmy Graham on Sunday. The Niners are a great team to stretch the legs with, and I forsee a big game for Graham.

As much as we in Seattle burn on the Niners, it would be wrong not to toss props their way at least a little. The rivalry that we had with them was the greatest that I've seen in this franchise, and they gave us one of the greatest games in the history of the league with the NFC Championship game. It's going to be a good game for the Hawks, I predict a 7-24 Victory

That's it for today, I'll give you the rundown on Monday after the game. With that.....Mike Hawk is OUT!
