Steve Migs Blog 03/01/16 "The Chirping Kid"

February 29, 2016
In the world of hockey…when you are goofing on someone, flipping them ESS, giving them a hard time (both jokingly or serious) they call it “chirping”.  Many hockey players are great at this, just like with any sport…you have your share of great trash talkers.  Well I don’t think former NHL great, Jeremy Roenick ever thought that he would fall victim to an epic chirp…at the hands of a young kid.

On Saturday the NHL held once of those Stadium Series games where they play outside in a stadium.  This time around it was a game between the Colorado Avalanche and the Detroit Red Wings.  The game was in Colorado at Coors Field…and Jeremy was there doing a segment with a young Av’s fan…this is priceless.  Enjoy!

Yesterday I found out some awesome news… I got an email from my buds at the WWE with the official invite to take part in the Wrestlemania festivities!

My #RoadToWrestleMania starts now! So pumped. #WrestleMania

That’s right… I am heading to Dallas to go to Wrestlemania 32.  I can’t even express how excited I am.  Not only am I getting to go the Wrestlemania…I will be live from Dallas on the Friday morning before Wrtestlemania, interviewing the WWE Superstars.  I will be going with my bud, the host of Metal Shop and Loud & Local on KISW, Kevin Diers…and we are mapping out the ultimate wrestling nerd fest.  Friday night we are planning on going to the NXT Takeover:Dallas… where we will get to see the debut of Shinsuke Nakamura.  Who is Shinsuke Nakamura?  Oh man…he is gonna turn some heads in the WWE Universe for sure!

Then on Saturday we hope to attend the Ring Of Honor event…then hopefully go to the WWE Hall Of Fame Ceremony…and cap the night off by going to see Jim Ross do a show!

Then on Sunday we get to go to this little event called WRESTLEMANIA 32!  I can’t wait to see Shane O Mac’s (Vince McMahon’s son) big return as he has a “Hell In A Cell” match against the Undertaker!

This match has the making of being a historic match…if you aren’t familiar with what Shane does in the ring….well…it’s more about what he’s willing to do outside of the squared circle!

I can only imagine that he is going to do something insane in Dallas… I can’t wait to be there!
