The greater Seattle area is home to some of the most amazing restaurants, and Bourbon & Bacon Fest in Tacoma brings them together to showcase the finest bacon creations on Saturday October 27th. Behold some of the smoky, salty delights we'll be feasting on...


1. Hempler's. Although technically not a restaurant, they are local legends in the world of bacon! Be sure to stop by and sample one of their tasty pepperoni sticks!


2. Biscuit & Bean. I first heard about this Ballard staple from Matt Koch, our overnight sensation, and after sampling their goods at Bourbon & Bacon Fest in the spring, they definitely live up to the hype. They'll be serving their buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy & bacon jam.

3. Arturo’s Mexican Restaurant. Family owned and operated by the Arturo brothers of Des Moines, they are bringing their traditional pork carnitas to the festivities next Saturday.


4. Uli's Famous Sausage. Of course their Mens Room Original Sausage is a household favorite among Rockaholics everywhere, but the goodness they'll be bringing to the party on 10/27 is their smoked bacon sausage


5. Pie Lab Bakery. For those who love that salty/sweet combo, look no further than Pie Lab's bacon praline pumpkin pie and peach bourbon pie next weekend. Mmmmm!
