It's the most wonderful time of the year, Rockaholics, and there's nothing more nostalgic than an old-fashioned tree-lighting ceremony. Here are 10 FREE tree-lighting ceremonies happening Saturday night throughout the greater Puget Sound region.

Auburn: You're invited to the Santa Parade down Main Street followed by the Tree Lighting Ceremony at City Hall.

Bothell: Head to Country Village (one of my FAVORITE places this time of year!) to watch Santa do the honors of lighting up the tree.

Join us for Santa's Arrival & Tree Lighting - Saturday, December 1st! . . It’s a holiday wonderland at Country Village with live reindeer, caroling by local quartets all day long, a whimsical gingerbread house display, surprise visit by the Grinch, and 35 local shops and restaurants all decked out in their best with thousands of twinkling lights. . . Santa will arrive to our winter wonderland at 7pm. He will light our sparkling traditional tree and greet the crowd. Everyone will get a chance to meet Santa and receive a candy cane. Location: 23718 Bothell Everett Hwy Bothell, WA 98021
