During these unprecedented times, mental health support is of the utmost importance, and Lily Cornell Silver is working hard to help others through these challenges.

The daughter of Chris Cornell unveiled a new IGTV series called Mind Wide Open to reduce the stigma of talking about mental health, and in her latest episode, she chats with Duff McKagan of Guns N' Roses.

The pair discussed anxiety, panic attacks and depression, along with the substance abuse problems that can accompany these issues.

@officialduffmckagan and I discuss our experiences with anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. Duff talks about his experience with addiction as self-medication for mental health issues and how he takes care of his wellbeing now. Thank you Duff for your honesty and integrity -- For more information on guests, future episodes, and resources go to the website link in my bio.
