The perfect St. Patrick's Day meal is something my family has been obsessed with since I can remember. Whether it was the traditional Corned Beef & Cabbage for dinner or Green Eggs and Ham for breakfast, we always did it right. This year I'm having a few friends over and am making something a little different: Pork w/ Cabbage, Apples + Mustard with Pretzels!


I cannot take credit for this deliciousness. A few years back, my Acme Farms + Kitchen subscription sent a box of amazing recipes right before St. Patrick's Day and this was one of the dishes they included! Brad and I made it for dinner that holiday, and it's been a staple ever since.

One of my esteemed guests of honor tomorrow night will be none other than Thee Ted Smith of The Mens Room and he is making his family's famous Corned Beef & Cabbage! He has forbidden me from sharing the recipe, but did show off a sort of 'before picture'...
