Rock Girls & local musicians are washing cars to fight cancer this weekend

Rock The Wash at Aurora Borealis in Shoreline

August 8, 2019

Two things I know to be true: 1. Your car is FILTHY, and 2. Cancer SUCKS.

Join the KISW Rock Girls and the members of more than 20 local Seattle bands for Rock The Wash at the area's newest and coolest venue, Aurora Borealis in Shoreline!

By bringing your dirty car to the event, you'll be supporting Strong Against Cancer and the lifesaving work this amazing organization is doing at the cellular level to fight childhood cancers.

Parents: we would love to celebrate your cancer warrior child and honor their journey by featuring them as a #StrongAgainstCancer VIP! If you're interested, please send us a private message and get ready to feel the support of our incredible team. Also, if your child has already been a VIP, we’d be more than happy to share an update!

4 solo artists will be performing throughout the day, including Martin Thomas Reed of Carnelian, Benni James of 21 Guns, Nick Knight of Lust Punch & Nevermind and Patrick Santerre of 21 Guns & Self. Come Rock The Wash with KISW!

Thanks for your incredible support, Rockaholics! Cancer doesn't stand a chance with people like YOU joining the fight!

Happy Adventuring,
