Supporting Hurricane Harvey Relief Is As Easy As Pie - LITERALLY

Taryn's Wreckreation Guide

August 30, 2017

If you told me to eat a pie, I would. But if you told me to eat pie and in turn I'd be helping Hurricane Harvey relief, I'd probably eat two.

Watching coverage of Hurricane Harvey's destruction often makes us feel helpless locally, but MANY area businesses are stepping up and making a difference. Jenny Brien, owner of Snohomish Pie Co., shares a touching message and a damn good reason to indulge in pie on Thursday August 31st, as 100% of tomorrow's profits will be donated to the cause.

Not a fan of pie?! No problem! They also have food items, cookies and other delights, plus they'll be collecting supplies listen on the poster above. Help them fill the semi trailer!

Our bakers are hard at work prepping for tomorrow!! Did you hear? We are donating ALL profits from ALL 3 locations to the relief efforts in #Texas! (See previous post for more details & how you too can help!)

If you aren't able to stop into one of the three Snohomish Pie Company locations tomorrow, check out for a number of ways you can help.

Over the coming weeks, I will spotlight as many of these wonderful businesses as I can, and I encourage you to send me an email with the details on what you've seen in your community or what your employer is organizing to lend a hand. There is great need, and the rebuilding process will be a long one, so the more we share these opportunities, the more we can help the greater good.

Happy Adventuring,
