Taryn's Wreckreation Guide: 3 Breweries To Visit Before 2017

December 9, 2016

I have a Wreckreation Guide challenge for you! Check out these three breweries before the start of 2017! I picked three I think you'll really enjoy, so take some time to slow down and enjoy a pint while you're running around for the holidays.

1. B-Side Brewing, Woodinville: B-Side brews a couple BIG IPAs that I'm a huge fan of. The Amplifier Double IPA boasts 140 IBUs (YES, please!) and an ABV of 9.6%. That's my kind of beer for sure! B-Side Brewing is actually connected to a winery - Des Voigne Cellars - which is SUPER convenient if you're a beer drinker and the wife is a wino, or vice versa. ;)

Today we tap our Amplifier DIPA! We open at 2pm, @swiftandsavory food truck from 3-8, and trivia starts at 7! Now you have your Friday night planned! #beer #wabeer #craftbeer #woodinvillebeer #bsidebrewing #desvoignecellars #dvcellars #bobthebrewer #pnw #brewery #cheers

2. Rainy Daze Brewing, Poulsbo: If you're looking for new, rare and "outside-the-pint" flavors, come get Dazed! You might try the Mind Funk (love the name), which is a Pale Stout. Yup - A Pale Stout!! Now you know why they call it the Mind Funk!

Grand opening.. for a brewery that ROCKS!!! #funkoexclusives #Funko #popsandbrews #popvinyl #motorhead #lemmyrip #wabl #wabeers #supportlocal

3. Blewett Brewing Company, Leavenworth: If you're headed over the pass for some Bavarian Christmas magic, stop into Blewett Brewing Company for a Winter Warmer Ale! It's everything you'd ever want in a holiday brew.

We are SO lucky to have such awesome local breweries right in our back yards. Enjoy, Rockaholics!

Happy Adventuring,

Taryn Daly
