Taryn's Wreckreation Guide: Corned Beef, Cabbage & Cribbage

March 6, 2017

Some of my favorite things are coming together on March 19th - craft beer, cribbage, Irish grub and charity! In celebration of St. Patrick's Day weekend, Skookum Brewery will be hosting Corned Beef, Cabbage and Cribbage, a benefit for the National MS Society. If you missed the tournament back in the fall, get signed up NOW so you don't miss this one!

I bet you're wondering how this works. Let me break it down for you... 64 people will sign up bracket-style with a suggested $5.00 donation and play out the bracket until a cribbage champion is crowned. You'll get a prize for every win. The first and second place winners will receive BIG prizes. And fun will be had by all. The winner of the last tournament was my father, so PLEASE someone knock him down a peg or two this time!

This is the man who eliminated me during the first round at the last tournament, so I'll be looking for revenge on the 19th!

This man eliminated me in the first round of the @skookumbrewery cribbage tournament. Dammit Leon you're a great player!!!

Although dogs cannot play in the tournament, your four-legged friends are welcome, because Skookum Brewery is dog friendly!

"Can we please have a bite?" They know Auntie @liz_eee is a total pushover.

While the tournament is underway, Stick It or Stuff It will be serving up delicious food including a special corned beef meal to keep you running on all cylinders while you play.

About half of the spots in the tournament have already been taken, so get to Skookum Brewery to reserve your spot, or give them a call to get in on the fun! If you have any questions, feel free to email me!

Happy Adventuring,

Taryn Daly
