Taryn's Wreckreation Guide: Top 5 Taco Spots

October 4, 2016

In honor of National Taco Day, I had to whittle down my list of taco hot-spots to a Top 5, which was no easy task, mind you! We happen to have HUNDREDS of amazing places to eat tacos around these parts, but these are my favorites:

1.  Case Que Pasa - Bellingham, WA: Not only does this place serve up a mean taco, they also hold the title of Bellingham's Largest Tequila Selection. Pro Tip: Go crazy at the salsa bar.

2.  Rancho Viejo - Pullman, WA: This place brings me back to my days at WSU and I STILL have to eat a fabulous taco there when I go back for Cougar football games. Top notch eats!!

3. El Chupacabra - Phinney Ridge, Seattle, WA: Or as I like to call it, "Heavy Metal Tacos". Their taco menu is AWESOME and although I am a total carnivore, I love their veggie tacos.

4. Calle - Mt. Vernon, WA: If you dig taco-cart-style street tacos, this is your spot in Skagit Valley, and they have 12 varieties on the menu! Their house made tortillas set Calle above the rest.

5. South - Leavenworth, WA: If you're headed over for Oktoberfest, you'll have to skip the brat and stop in for a meal! Their taco fillings are insanely delicious, and their cocktail menu is over the top!

I highly recommend you check out one of my Top 5 Tacos Spots in the near future! I am literally so hungry reading over this list that I have to go eat some tacos now. Please excuse me...

However you celebrate National Taco Day today, make sure you remember to grab your tickets for Tequila and Taco Fest Seattle on October 22nd, where it will basically be National Taco Day on steroids.

Happy Adventuring,
