The Prodigy’s Blog “Baseball Stadiums"

May 18, 2016

The weather is getting nicer by the day and what better way to spend it that watching some Baseball. With The Mariners in first place, there isn’t a better time to catch a game, epically at Safeco Field. Steve just got back from a trip to New York and talked about how Yankee Stadium is nice, but it doesn’t compare to greatness that is Safeco Field. We may be a bit spoiled here in Seattle.

BJ is a huge fan of baseball and being from Boston, he represents his east coast pride rooting for The Red Sox. So of course Fenway Park must be his favorite ball park to watch a game at. At least that’s what I thought, but to my surprise BJ says that it’s almost a 50/50. Fenway feels more like home with the constant love/hate relationship each Bostonian has with the team but there is something that Fenway doesn’t have, great food. Safeco field has such a wide variety of food you can get almost anything you want there. And the movable roof, how awesome is that? But when it comes down to it, not matter what stadium it is, The Redsox have to be playing.

I’ve got the Boston blood running through me as well and Fenway is my favorite. Something about the energy in that stadium just gets you pumped up. I’ve been to a couple stadiums and I love how each one is different, representing its area uniquely. I hope to eventually visit as many as I can, it’s a great way to spend a vacation.

What about you, what’s your favorite ballpark to watch a game?
